The usage method of microporous aeration disc mainly includes the following steps, which are based on the basic principles of its installation and operation, and combined with practical operating experience:
1、 Preparation work
1. Review construction drawings: Conduct a detailed review of installation construction drawings to ensure that all dimensions and parameters are accurate and error free.
2. On site inspection: Check whether the size of the water tank on site is consistent with the construction drawing to ensure that the installation environment meets the requirements.
2、 Installation steps
1. Layout positioning: Based on the site conditions and drawings, determine the installation position of the aerator and gas distribution pipeline.
2. Installation bracket: Install expansion bolts according to the line, and install adjustable pipe brackets to ensure that the brackets are stable and reliable.
3. Cutting pipes and cutting materials: Start cutting pipes and cutting materials according to the dimensions on the drawing, and prepare for laying gas pipelines.
4. Supervisor positioning and connection: Position the middle intake main pipe and bond the matching four-way or substitute three-way, paying attention to horizontal and vertical alignment.
5. Branch pipe opening and connection: Line and open holes on the branch pipe according to the position of the aerator on the drawing, and the hole size is generally 6-8mm (determined according to the specific aerator model). Place the branch pipe on the adjustable pipe bracket and bond it with the middle intake main pipe, ensuring that the holes drilled on the branch pipe are vertically upward.
6. Edge pipe connection: Stick the three-way interface and elbow interface of the two side pipes together with the pipe mouth of the branch pipe, also paying attention to horizontal and vertical alignment.
7. Adjust the levelness: Use adjustable pipe supports to adjust the overall levelness of the pipeline, ensuring that the pipeline is installed smoothly.
8. Tie fixing: Tie the adjustable pipe bracket nylon tie to fix the pipe.
9. Install aerator nozzle: Stick the aerator nozzle at the position where the hole is drilled on the branch pipe, ensuring that the nozzle is vertically upward.
10. Install aerator: After the aerator nozzle is firmly bonded (about 24 hours), install the aerator.
3、 Debugging and Running
1. Leak test: After the installation of the aerator and pipeline, if there is a leak in the pipeline connection part, clean water should be added to the top of the aerator by about 100mm in the tank, and then ventilated for testing. If any leakage is found, it should be marked and promptly addressed.
2. Formal operation: Once qualified, it can be put into use officially. Usually, Roots blower is used to press air into the gas pipeline and send it into the microporous tube, dispersing it into water in the form of microbubbles.
4、 Precautions
1. Installation timing: In case of damage to the aeration device caused by other operations such as welding sparks and civil construction, the installation of the aeration pipeline system must be carried out after the completion of civil construction.
2. Pipe selection: ABS pipe ends can be bonded without grinding, UPVC pipe ends must be bonded after grinding, and ABS pipes are recommended for aeration pipelines.
3. Daily inspection: Inspect the aeration tank daily and strictly follow the operating procedures. If uneven aeration and local large bubbles are found, the fault should be promptly investigated.
5、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Cleaning the membrane: Regularly clean and block the membrane.
2. Check connection points: Regularly inspect the bonding points of the pipe fittings to ensure there is no air leakage.
3. Replace parts: If the aerator is damaged or malfunctioning, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
In summary, the usage methods of microporous aeration discs include preparation work, installation steps, debugging and operation, precautions, and maintenance and upkeep. Following standardized operations and strengthening maintenance are necessary to ensure the stable operation of microporous aeration discs in aquaculture oxygenation.
