1、 Preparation before installation

2、 Installation requirements
Installation location:
1. The installation of microporous aerators should be deployed according to the requirements of the system plan and installation diagram.
2. The bottom of the gas distribution branch pipe is about 180-200mm away from the bottom of the pool (or as required by the drawing), and the allowable deviation of the plane height is ± 10mm.
3. The surface of the microporous aerator is about 230-250mm away from the bottom of the tank (also known as 270mm, 250mm, or 200mm for the push plate, according to the drawing requirements), and the deviation between the bottom plate and the bottom line of the pipe after installation should not exceed 5mm.
Bracket and anchorage:
1. The fixed bracket for the air branch pipe of the microporous aerator should be adjustable and have sufficient anchoring force. After mediation, the elevation deviation of the micro porous aerator panel in the same aeration tank should not exceed 5mm, and the elevation deviation of the micro porous aerator panel between two aeration tanks should not exceed 10mm (or as required by the plan).
2. When anchoring to the bottom of the pool, the buoyancy force should be designed.
3. Discharge pipeline: Each aeration unit should have an independent discharge pipeline that extends out of the water surface and is equipped with valves.
Adhesive requirements:
1. Special adhesive pipes and fittings provided by the supplier or purchased according to the supplier's requirements must be used for bonding.
2. Keep the bonding surface clean and strictly prohibit bonding in rainy or humid conditions.
3. Do not use dirty brushes or brushes made of different materials for bonding operations.

3、 Debugging and Inspection
1. Debugging preparation: Put purified water into the pool, and the distance from the water surface to the surface of the microporous aerator is about 100-200mm. After the blower is ventilated, perform the following checks:
2. When releasing water to submerge most of the microporous aerators, observe whether the height of the microporous aerators can be on the same plane and adjust it accordingly.

5. Water level maintenance: After the installation of the project is completed, the water level must be maintained at a distance of at least 1000mm from the aerator.
6. Technical inspection: After installation, it should be inspected according to technical requirements to ensure that the allowable difference meets the specified indicators.
4、 Other precautions
1. Installation timing: To prevent damage to the aeration device caused by other operations, it is recommended to install it after the completion of the civil engineering project.
2. Aeration protection: To prevent blockage, the aerator should not come into contact with sludge as much as possible.
3. Uniform gas supply: The host should be installed in the middle of the main pipeline as much as possible to ensure that the gas supply of each pipeline is the same. There should be no debris near the air inlet of the host to avoid blockage.
