1、 Technical features
1. Forced gas transmission characteristics: Roots blower belongs to positive displacement blower, with stable flow rate at constant speed, independent of outlet pressure changes, suitable for scenarios where gas flow rate needs to be controlled in smelting.
2. Pressure adaptability: Single stage pressure rise is usually ≤ 58.8kPa, and two-stage series connection can increase it to 117.6kPa, meeting the requirements of smelting blast furnace blowing, converter steelmaking and other processes.
3. High temperature resistant design: using high temperature resistant materials (such as cast iron, stainless steel) and special sealing structures, it can withstand high temperature gases in the smelting environment (inlet temperature ≤ 40 ℃).

4. Motor power: Reserve a power margin of 10-15 based on the fan shaft power and actual operating conditions to ensure long-term stable operation.

1. Regular inspection: Check the oil level, temperature, and vibration value daily, clean the air filter weekly, and check the gear wear condition monthly.
2. Lubrication management: Use ISO VG 32-46 lubricating oil, change it every 2000 hours, and change the oil for the first time after 200 hours of operation.
3. Gap adjustment: Regularly calibrate the gaps between the impeller and the casing, as well as between the impeller and the side plate, to ensure that the total gap is ≤ 0.4mm and prevent collision wear.
4. Fault handling: When abnormal vibration, noise, or temperature rise is detected, immediately stop the machine and inspect key components such as gears and bearings, and replace worn parts in a timely manner.
