Installing a Roots blower may seem simple, but many people encounter various problems in practical operation: excessive fan vibration, abnormal noise, and bearing overheating These issues often stem from small details being overlooked during the installation process. Preparation work before installation
Firstly, check the appearance of the fan for any transportation damage and verify that the model and specifications are consistent with the order. Confirm that the basic platform has been completed and reached the maintenance period, the foundation surface should be flat, and the reserved anchor bolt holes should be accurately positioned. Prepare installation tools: level, shim, wrench, etc. Special reminder: Roots blowers have high requirements for installation environment, and it is necessary to ensure sufficient operating and maintenance space around them.
2. Basic installation and leveling
Place the fan on the foundation and adjust the height using shims. Measure with a precision level on the fan spindle and housing, and the horizontal deviation should be ≤ 0.2mm/m. 4 Electrical wiring and protection

5 Lubrication system inspection

Gradually increase the load to the rated value and observe whether the parameters such as current, vibration, and temperature are normal. Common problem troubleshooting: If the vibration is too large, check whether the anchor bolts are tightened and whether the coupling is aligned accurately; If the temperature is too high, check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient and whether the cooling system is normal.
