1、 Standard pressure range (universal type)

2、 Abnormal pressure judgment and handling
**Low pressure (<rated value 80)**

Impeller wear (clearance>0.4mm)
Imported filter clogged (pressure difference>5kPa needs to be cleaned)
Pipeline leakage (flange/weld leakage)

Adjust the impeller clearance to 0.2~0.3mm
Replace the filter element (initial pressure difference<2kPa)
**Pressure too high (>rated value)**

**Variable frequency speed regulation: For every 5Hz decrease in frequency, the pressure drops by approximately 12
**Bypass reflux * *: Maintain flow rate ≥ 20 rated flow rate

5、 Maintain monitoring standards

**Note: It is recommended to control the long-term operating pressure at 80-90% of the rated value, which can ensure reliability and extend equipment life (for every 10 pressure drops, the bearing life is extended by 50).
