3、 Usage and maintenance
1. Usage method
Determine the time and period for starting up and increasing oxygen based on the changes in dissolved oxygen in the water. For example, from April to May, on cloudy and rainy days, the machine will be turned on at night; Power on for 2-3 hours from June to October afternoon, and 2-3 hours before and after sunrise; Continuous rainy or low-pressure weather, starting from 21:00 to 22:00 at night and continuing until noon on the second day.
If conditions permit, perform dissolved oxygen testing and turn on the device at the appropriate time to ensure that the dissolved oxygen in the water is between 6-8 milligrams per liter.
2. Maintenance requirements
When the aerator fan is working, the working pressure should not exceed 8KPa to avoid damaging the fan.
Except for the two bearings of the motor rotor, the other parts of the aerator do not have direct contact friction. For bearings that require the addition of lubricating grease, oil should be added regularly, once a month, and for fans that work continuously for three shifts, the number of oil refills should be increased.
Regularly replace the bearings of the aerator fan, and the replacement should be carried out by someone familiar with repair operations.
