1、 Oil window marking line method
1. The oil level is usually around half of the oil window marking line.
2. The normal range is generally between 2/3 and 1/3 of the oil window marking line. This range ensures that the lubricating oil can fully lubricate all components of the Roots blower during operation, while avoiding problems such as oil temperature rise and oil overflow caused by high oil level.
2、 Oil window center red dot method

3、 Middle upward position method of oil mirror
1. The specialized oil for Roots blowers is generally 220 # medium load gear oil.
2. Check the oil level daily to ensure that it remains in the middle and upper position of the oil mirror.
3. If the oil level is lower than the middle position of the oil mirror, it is necessary to add lubricating oil in a timely manner.
