**1、 Pre startup inspection**
1. * * Mechanical inspection**
-Manually turn the rotor 2-3 times and confirm that there is no blockage in the rotor
-Check the tension of the belt (press down 10-15mm with the thumb)
-The oil level is at 1/2~2/3 of the viewing window (lubricating oil ISO VG68)

-The intake filter is clean and unobstructed
-The outlet pipeline valve must be fully opened to prevent pressure build-up

**2、 Start operation**
1. * * Jogging test**
-Immediately turn off the power after powering on (about 2 seconds), confirm that the steering is consistent with the arrow on the housing
*Reverse rotation can damage the gears*
2. * * Formally launched**
-After starting with no load, observe:
-Current ≤ rated value (such as a 55kW motor with a rated current of approximately 100A)
-The bearing temperature should start to rise within 3 minutes (normal heating curve)
-Gradually reduce the outlet valve to the working pressure (adjustment time ≥ 1 minute)
