**1、 Product Overview**
Roots blower is a type of volumetric gas conveying equipment that forcefully delivers gas through the rotation of two interlocked impellers. It has the characteristics of stable flow rate, no oil pollution, and sturdy structure, and is widely used in industries such as sewage treatment, pneumatic conveying, and chemical engineering.

**3、 Installation Guide**
**1. Pre installation inspection**
-Confirm that the fan model is consistent with the order and there is no transportation damage.
-Check the oil level (centerline of gearbox oil gauge).
-Manually rotate and confirm that the impeller is not stuck.
**2. Foundation and Fixed**
-The foundation needs to be level (levelness ≤ 0.2 mm/m), and the concrete strength should be ≥ C20.
-Use shock pads or spring dampers (vibration requirement ≤ 4.5 mm/s).
-Add soft connections to import and export pipelines to avoid stress transmission.
**3. Pipeline connection**
-* * Imported * *: Install filters (accuracy ≤ 100 μ m), with straight pipe sections ≥ 2 times the diameter of the pipe.
-* * Export * *: Install check valve+valve (set pressure=1.1 times working pressure).

**4、 Operation steps**
**1. Preparation before startup**
-Check the tightness of the belt (press with fingers to sink 10-15 mm).
-Confirm that the voltage fluctuation is ≤ ± 5 (380V ± 19V).
-Open the vent valve (after initial start-up or long-term shutdown).
**2. Start and Run**
1. * * Jogging test * *: Stop immediately after starting and confirm the direction of rotation (indicated by the arrow).
2. * * No load operation * *: Gradually close the vent valve and run for 30 minutes. Check:
-Is the current stable (≤ rated value).
-Bearing temperature (≤ 75 ℃).
-Abnormal noise/vibration (vibration value ≤ 4.5 mm/s).
3. * * Load operation * *: Slowly adjust the outlet valve to the desired pressure to avoid instantaneous overpressure.
**3. Shutdown operation**
1. Gradually open the vent valve to unload.
2. Cut off the power and close the inlet and outlet valves.
3. During winter shutdown, it is necessary to drain the cooling water (for water-cooled models).
